So just so I'm clear, tire squeal around a corner = exhibition of speed? Guess I need to be more careful. What's the fine for that?

Just saying. It's good to put it out there. You drive a modded car, they're going to pop you for everything they can. I got pulled over in college after rounding a corner on campus pretty quickly, with a jackass roommate hanging out the window yelling.....which attracted the city cop the next block down. He thought I was squealing my tires, but it was my ******* roommate :rotfl:
Point is, he couldn't write me up for being drunk (since I wasn't), couldn't write me up for reckless driving since he didn't actually see it, so he popped me with a 15 over speeding ticket in a 25. BS ticket, but it cost me a sum total of $80 with traffic school to get it cleared. Revenue, plain and simple, accept it and roll with it, stealth-style if necessary.

In the article that I linked to they make references to squeeling tires during hard accelleration as Exibition of speed. I don't think locking up your wheels and making the same sound would qualify as exibition of speed. Maybe wreckless driving though.

Although making a change in direction (turning or braking) is technically accelleration.

thats a fuzzy line to draw, but law enforcement can draw the line where ever they want, and what they say goes, just makes me wonder about how easy it is to chirp or even slightly squeel your tires and how bad you can get nailed for it... just dont do it at all i guess!

not to derail this any further but I have a problem with the term 'sodomy'.

It's original use by christian churches to descibe having sex without the consequence of procreation is a little different than what is used today to mean stick it in the ***.

Sodomy could technically apply to using a condom or masturbating (watch out for ceiling cat).

I remember a crime story about somone being sodomized with a broom stick. Is that really sodomy? The broomstick doesn't have the ability to procreate. It's use of your *** doesn't reduce it's ability to procreate. How is that sodomy?

carry on with your thread.

A lot of older cars especially old *** trucks have lame differentials and tens to chirp a little while making sharp turns. Exibition of speed ????? :insert Dr. Evil pinky touch to lips pic here:
