I feel for the family and all but this lawsuit absolute crap. Case in point: One of the defendants is the guy who's car was stalled on the freeway. He's negligible because his car stalled??....WTF???

 

sorta like the stupid ***** who drank to much water, then her family tried to sue the radio station and everything that moved

 

+1. I completely agree with you man. Most places will serve you unless you're becoming a rowdy drunk.

 

Yeah. If anything, the tow truck driver and other guy who owned the stalled car should be suing his estate.
