Can Dealerships detect accessports after the ECU was flashed back to stock?

I think the SPT offering is just an axle-back, isn't it? There's very few gains with anything other than turboback (besides sound).

The SPT intake doesn't do much either, as I recall. Beucase they're basically factory spec, they don't change anything on the car noticably enough to require tuning.

Correct... you only really NEED tuning once you swap out the downpipe and/or install a poorly designed intake. You will still, however, see significantly more gains from tuning than just installing those parts.

Reminds me a a VW guy I was talking too. I told him about the theoretical flash limits of the Subaru ECU and he went on about how VAGtools (or whatever it's called) could reset the counter. He just didn't get it that it was a physical limit not some software limit.
There is a flash count maintained and it is viewable with Ecutek software. I'm not sure if it is possible to reset this counter, but I suspect it would be.

No its a catback exhaust system, they offer both.
