Sorry for the uproar, there is always a little bit of truth to rumors and I got skeered. My record is messed up already..lol

I checked AAA.com, and they didn't mention anything about not having a front plate.

This article was released just yesterday: http://www.csaa.com/portal/site/CSAA...extfmt=default

I would think that a change that big would at least make the highlights.

Cell Phones
SB 1613 prohibits the use of handheld wireless phones while driving except to call emergency services personnel or a public safety entity. The law exempts emergency personnel while operating an authorized emergency vehicle and until July 1, 2011, exempts tow truck drivers and other specified commercial truck drivers who use a two-way radio service device that utilizes a wireless telephone which operates by depressing a push-to-talk feature. The fines (including penalty assessments) for a first violation is $68 and $170 for a second or subsequent violation. Takes effect July 1, 2008. Authored by Senator Joe Simitian, D-Palo Alto.

I'm working at a John Deere dealership in colusa. It's very slow right now so I have a ton of free time.

During harvest I won't exist for a while.

+1 Paul
The thing is you have to recognize the fact that the officer is just trying to do his job and enforce the law, which is his/her primary duty. Paul is right it's the socialist kalifornians that are fawking it over for us, so take your beef up with them and not the po-lice
