Heres the thing about roseville. If you live near Antelope, **** gets stolen. If you live near Citrus Heights, your **** gets stolen. But if your more toward rocklin then your good

It looks like your on a good plot of land. Perfect for a big pointy fence.

My parents live one block away from citrus heights(with the neighbor who leaves his garage door/front door wide open when he isn't even home). They live behind Oakmont. I live over by the galleria... One time here somehow my garage door sensor thing(i hate these ****ing things) got tripped so as I was pulling away my garage door opened back up and I didn't notice... I was driving out to woodland to get in and out, took me about 3+ hours to get back home(went and did other stuff also).. So for 3+ hours my garage door was WIDE OPEN with tools and stuff just sitting there, not to mention the door to get into my house(attached garage) was unlocked, so you could easily have just walked in... Nothing was stolen. I know stuff happens, it happens everywhere nowhere is perfect, but roseville is one of the best places to live as far as thefts and problems. I think there was actually a report somewhere that said the same thing, that Roseville is the best place to raise a kid.

So would you mind sharing with us where you found such a place? I am looking at land listings and only finding a min of 100k for less then 1/2 an acre.

If you want cheap and ghetto for roseville you can look over by Royer Park, and that side of the rail road tracks...
