yep, that's the hood, one of the only sub $400,000 neighborhoods in Roseville. (Zillow says $300-310 on average)

haha, you must not know Roseville pretty well. I garuntee he could leave his garage door open, his front door unlocked, and every window in his house opened and NOTHING would get stolen from it. A neighbor by my parents house does that and has never once gotten anything stolen from him. He also lived over by oakmont, instead of baseline though
