guess magnaflow is the only company who wanted to foot the bill to have their cats go into the pajn in the butt C.A.R.B. testing circiut to get approval.
i didn't see any pricing.
wonder if those are gonna be bank to recoop some of their testing investment?

oh I am sure they will carry a hefty fee with them, but I believe most people will pay the extra not to get crap from The Man

Hmmmm. I have a magnaflow cat.
It looks the same.
It probably filters the same.
I don't see any difference, except these probably come with a CARB sticker.........

You still have to be beyond 80k miles and document a failure of your stock cats, i think.
You can't just swap them out.

what about if your wheelin and come down on a big rock and damage them? it is awd? thats my story and Im stickin to it!

sounds like enthusiasts are still screwed by CARB. the way i read that, a 2.0l wrx still needs 3 cats of the same size as the OE stuff.
