i got the 4 pionts because i got ****ed in the *** by sac county said i was high on pot and driving and i wasnt high on pot

he was being a dick all pissed off and ****. he left the scene very quick even befor the chp. i have 2 witness that saw it and are on my side

 

seems possible, but when you don't give us information, we have to go with the most likely situation. You really shouldn't make threads like these without offering any info. If what you say is true, then I'm sorry for your loss.

 

and i know im not 100% not at fault i was speeding going 70 75 and i was closer than 2 car legnths so yea i was not being totally smart but the guy flipped out and went phsyco its hard to avviod crazy people

here it sounds like he cut you off and then brake checked you because you wouldn't move out of his way when he was tailgating.

combine the two and it sounds like he was tailgating you, went around you, and then you were tailgating him and so he brake checked you, but thats just what I got from what you've said

but you're ignoring your other post where you said YOU were less than two car lengths off and that YOU were not being totally smart. Its that post that makes it sound like you were revenge tailgating....you know, that whole "eye for an eye leaves you without a suby" thing

 

Man, you do realize its 100% impossible for them to prove you were high right?

Could have fought that & won.

But anyways, sounds to me like you didn't have the skills to participate in the dangerous game you you were playing & got burned.
