-Exhibition of acceleration
-Exhibition of speed
-Unsafe start
Besides how can you see the cop get "all ready to flip the switch for the sirens" when you are accelerating away from him up to the speed limit like the bad *** outlaw that you are?
My car sucks, it did not come with the with rear view mirror x-ray vision feature...

I guess its different in Cali. In Florida, as long as you dont spin your tires your fine.
Unsafe start would be spinning your tires.
Exhibition of acceleration, what is the law on that?
Exhibition of speed, if your only doing the speed limit how can that be illegal.
Im not trying to argue, just trying to learn.
You cant really see the cop actually putting his hand on the swicth, but you can tell on there face they are getting ready to nail you.

Pretty much... If it's not a law... they will make it up and make you prove them wrong around here... and also they can write you up for whatever the **** they want, and it's your word against his... needless to say, you won't win.. lol

most cops don't make it to court. Your word vs empty seat goes pretty far.
