If they wanted to get you, they could still nail you for:
-Exhibition of acceleration
-Exhibition of speed
-Unsafe start

Besides how can you see the cop get "all ready to flip the switch for the sirens" when you are accelerating away from him up to the speed limit like the bad *** outlaw that you are?

My car sucks, it did not come with the with rear view mirror x-ray vision feature...

Directly across from the H.A.P. store theres a white real estate sign i think it is, its directly below a tree so its always in the shade and its a white/black sign so the motorcycle kinda blends in, i see the guy sitting there with his radar a couple times a week so watch out on that section.....

I guess its different in Cali. In Florida, as long as you dont spin your tires your fine.
Unsafe start would be spinning your tires.
Exhibition of acceleration, what is the law on that?
Exhibition of speed, if your only doing the speed limit how can that be illegal.

Im not trying to argue, just trying to learn.

You cant really see the cop actually putting his hand on the swicth, but you can tell on there face they are getting ready to nail you.

Basically the cops here make **** up as they go along so if you do something they dont like they will write you up for exhibition of something....

Pretty much... If it's not a law... they will make it up and make you prove them wrong around here... and also they can write you up for whatever the **** they want, and it's your word against his... needless to say, you won't win.. lol

i got an exhibition of speed because my tire squeeled on a turn ( obviously below the posted 45 mph limit).. it was a big chicken shyt ticket.. off my record in februrary/march tho.. be VERY careful of what you do! dont try to provoke a cop into pulling you over, speeding up to the speed limit gives him every right to pop you.. just mind your own business and drive normal, and youll be alright

most cops don't make it to court. Your word vs empty seat goes pretty far.
