I wouldn't think there would be much shifting on the way to the moon and back though...but it prolly takes a lot of clutch slip to get the launch just right in order to break away from the earth's gravitational pull. Name:  22.gif

So really, did you bork the clutch? how many miles?? im just asking cause mine is still gripping strong and at this point i dont think i would even want an aftermarket.

i got a lil over 15,000 miles on it. its my first stick and its had its share of learning on it.

Holy crap...that's pretty bad. How many launches would you say you've done at the track?

I put over 40,000 miles on my first stick shift (teh Saturn) and never needed to have the clutch replaced. It had over 100k on it when I sold it.

how many launches? ummm..... at the track probably at least 20. street racing for jesus/ just taking off messin around? about 100. haha. my clutch actually starting crappin out about a thousand miles ago its baaaad now.

which would be best for me? 4 puck? 6 puck? solid? idk anything about these.. . it needs to be able to handle some abuse, but i still want a stiff clutch

Old = pull style.
New = push style.

OUCH! b0rked her in 15k!? you sure are rough on the stick man :rotfl:

Like i said my clutch is still gripping hard after 40k miles.... i went about 10k miles stock, 10k miles stage 2 & about 20k miles with the VF39... only been to the track twice though & the most abuse i put it through is probably hitting 2nd hard in the rain to drifter.
