Ok, the subject doesn't make sense, but I posted a few threads in other places asking for help with this and nobody knows so I'm asking my local peeps.
I'm helping Chris (elcapitan) replace his AC compressor on his 96 impreza. The only one we can find used so far is off a WRX. They look exactly the same, but we need to make sure they are before we buy it and have it shipped out here. Does anyone know how to find out if the 96 impreza and 02 WRX AC compressors are the same?

Call brian in the parts department at Exeter Subaru. He's really good at finding mixable parts. Basically, if the part number is the same, it works, obviously.
