its very fun, the only prep i have on my car is group n mounts all arround, sti struts and springs + mudflaps. Its does just fine for me

Watch it going too far up Mormon Emigrant with guys who aren't from the area......I've seen a ****load of cars stuck up there, and a lowered Subaru can go pretty far straight forward and then not be able to turn around

And I hope I don't have to say this, but don't drive like a jackass on public roads, and the forest roads aren't as empty as you might think (I'm from Pollock)....

 

thanks for the input. I also grew up in the area and know it pretty well, i currently live in placerville. If we had an ok group there are places more deserted that id take us than mormon emigrant. thats just where the pic was shot.

Okay today was great, roads were a little slick with ice and mud (which made for a fun time IMO).

I regret now not taking any pictures but the filth on my car tells the story on its own. The trip today was definitely a small last minute deal and i apologize for that.

What im hoping to do now is to organize something for sometime in the weeks to come.

Weekends seem to work best for most people however i know many have work on the weekends.

Im hoping to get a set date for a small group meet up and rally for a bit then BBQ.

For anyone interested please post below a date that will work for you and we can try to get something going around that.

Yeah its allot of fun, saturday was a good day. the next time is still undecided im hoping to get people to just start throwing dates around so we can all pick a time and stick with it.
