I had HID fogs... They were legit.

I don't think so. There are a bunch of rules for number of lights and how high off the ground they can be.

But that raises another question. Does an LED bar count as one light?

IIRC they do have regulations for the aim and coverage for headlamps and other forward facing lights.

Doesnt matter as they are not street legal. At least last I knew, "off road" only.
