The one thing my place doesnt have, that if it did I wouldnt need to move, is a 3rd car or side yard big enough for a carport.

Just pave your front yard. More space for cars and drought friendly.

Im already planning on it.

Rocks to the right of the driveway will get filled in, then add another 2-2.5ft to the left of the driveway.

Still not the same as a garage/carport.

My back yard has space for a carport, but that would be a bit of an expensive endeavor since I'd have to rebuild part of the fence and put in a motorized gate so I can use it easily.
