Y'know, I should have known that this wasn't gonna be easy.
What's messed up, is my l'il sister can really use the money.
She's back in college studying nursing...she already has a CJ BA/BS.
It's bad enough this is the only thing that our mom left us in her will, but the aggravation of giving the buyers extension after extension, only to have my realtor F' up the deal is beyond intolerable.
After telling me that she assumed the credit check was done, I knew I had made a mistake in judgement.
Oh, well, I haven't had to fire anyone in awhile...
