I'd be pleasantly surprised if they blocked us in with towtrucks and all. Not like we're ever there for that long. We meet, talk for a half hour or so, eat then hang out for a bt then usually do something. We give money to the local shops/resturaunts, don't bother anyone, and don't race or make it seem like we do. So I'd be surprised.

 

change the meet to El Dorado Hills...it's outside Sac County but close enought to most people.
everyone can meet at the new "town center".

It will still be in the area, but closer to 5 and the shopping center will have more restaurants

 

We don't have DOT in Kalifornia (Caltrans doesn't count in this context), nor do we have DOT inspections. That's an east coast term and it looks like someone cut and paste information from another state. It doesn't mean we couldn't get sent to the smog ref, but it makes me question the rest of the details in the quote.

Well I do like the meet spot because we've been meeting here for a while now.

 

This new one is right up the street and will have a bit more restaurant variety and hopefully more parking. When the whole shopping center is opened up we'll have to see how the parking thing works out
