I read somewhere that they may not be anymore since Bret Carter and Troy(?) left. Bret now works at Mike Shaw Subaru in Northglenn. You may have better luck starting there. Good luck!

I had tried calling them a few times, but never got a call back. I finally sent an e-mail via their web site, and got this response about a week ago:
I guess Brett was being a little TOO mod friendly??
Steve at this time our service director has put a halt on the install of all Subaru aftermarket. Reason being, Brett our installer was charging warranty work to subaru for installation of aftermarket parts. hwe was doing this without anyone's knowledge and doing it illegally as well. so we have to come up with a new system and shop to do installs please check back with me in a few weeks and i will get you any news i can. thanks

I have talked with Bret up at Mike Shaw, and he said that there are some Honda tuners installing aftermarket parts for Flatirons now. Not sure the validity of this, but I believe it. I think that Flatirons is kinda upset about him leaving. Mike Shaw is offering good pricing on parts and labor. I am not sure if they will cover warranty on an uppipe, did you install it yourself? I would just try calling them, they were gone at the SEMA show a couple of weeks ago, but are back now.

I would never take a modified car to flatirons with out Bret working there.
they told my friend they couldn't pull his OBD2 fault codes becouse his car was chiped.
and the problem is with the chip.
I plugged my Code reader in saw the codes.
Ordered the speed senser and am putting it in on Friday.
Joe and Bret are the nicest guys to work with in the subaru comunity for the bolder area. even though they are on 104th.
Flatirons is full of $^*t they are run buy a bunch of kids.
they have great mechanics, but for modified car i would go to mike shaw.
I'm tired of people talking smack about my Friend Bret.
He is a hard working guy who goes out of his way to help everyone in a game where everyone want everything for free.
This is my option and no one but me is responsible but me...

Erik you are right. Some people DIY for mods on their cars, and when their car isn't working desirably, they take it to Bret. How fun would that be? There can be no doubt about Bret's willingness to help people out, he has done it for so many of us in the community.
