Where can I learn to drive?

I recently bought an 02 wrx sedan it is mostly stock. It already had a K&N filter and all I did to it was bought some 18" prodrive p-ff7 wheels and some p zero nero tires along with prodive springs to fix that wheel gap, in addition to some exterior modifications. Obviously the driver makes or breaks the performance, so I am curious if there are any subaru specific or really good driving classes/ schools in the Seattle area I'd be willing to go down to Oregon too. Does anyone know where I could find something like this, or how much it might run? I know Seattle International Raceway holds auto-xing events, but I want to hear advice from mechanically and engineering sound experts. Any advice on the subject is greatly appreciated.
