Talking Package Deal -- THREE Track Days, Only $500!

T.E.A.M. Racing (www.team-racing.org) is putting on a weekend event at Reno-Fernley's new four-mile course on Saturday and Sunday, August 26-27. Cost for one day is $190, cost for both days is $350. The event includes a supply of Gatorade and bottled water, snacks, catered lunches, instruction, and at least two hours of track time. Full details are at the website, or go directly to the .pdf registration form at www.onemain.com/~bonster/augustrfr.pdf to sign up. This event will fill quickly once word gets out, so sign up soon! I promise you'll have a blast!

Less than a week later, on Friday, September 1st, we are putting on a day out at Thunderhill, all the same perks, for $225. The form is located at www.onemain.com/~bonster/thunderhill_09_01.pdf If you want to take all three days, we have a package deal for only $500!!! That's less than $170 per day! This makes a savings of $75 ~ money for gas. Not enough these days, but every little bit helps! If you wanna do the package deal, please send in both forms and I'll know to give you the discount.

***Well, welcome to California -- where you have more tracks around than probably anywhere else in the world. Thunderhill is about an hour north of Sacramento, and Reno-Fernley is about 30 miles east of Reno. Here are the track websites:

For anyone curious about the new track config at Reno-Fernley, go to http://www.reno-fernleyraceway.com/i...FullCourse.jpg

Hope to see you there!

I'm pretty sure this Package Price is only good for a few more days. I just got an e-mail from Bonnie the other day.

I used to run with these folks when I had my little roadster. They put on really great events! Experienced instructors, no big egos, very safe and a ton of track time. Lunch and beverages are really nice to have too.

Highly recommended!

***Is that you Hong??? Yellow Honda Civic that goes like freaking blazes around Thunderhill, etc.? I have a cool pic after you passed me during a race with NASA last year. If you are one of the same person, my helmet's off to you. You really know how to drive the tires off that poor little Honda.

Yes, this offer is good until July 31st. Sure would love to see you out there, Hong. I have not seen you much this year (sorry, my fault -- been kinda busy, and some of the TEAM events pulled me from racing weekends) and I miss getting my tail spanked by ya.

Haha, sorry that's not me. I'm no where near good enough to pass you on track. I ran a few events with your group in a silver MR2 Spyder. My friend has the black Spyder.

Really wanted to make your Streets of Willow event next weekend, but there wasn't enough time to lay the ground work for convincing the wife.

Lol, Hong. Sorry about that! I'm sure you'll be fast enough to take me on soon. Bummer about the 'ground work' with the wife thing. Can't you just say you're going to be out of town on 'business'? As in, car business? Hehe!
