If you are running in SM, that is run group 2, work group 4, so you should be finished by 2:00 at the very latest. With it being your first event, you might want to get there around 8:00-8:15 to give yourself time to find where everything is.

The events immediately round the bay (Coliseum, Candlestick, Golden Gate Fields) are usually busy and tend to overrun a bit.

I got a 52.14 which I was pretty happy with, given I was running my beat up Azenis. I think I ended up third or fourth.
I really enjoyed that track. The blast through the middle to the hairpin was great fun.
Wagon or sedan? I think there was one of each.
If you ran Falkens or something similar, that would probably get you an extra second. DOT R compound are usually a couple of seconds faster.
Another problem with all season tires is that they get trashed by autocrossing. The small tread blocks get ripped apart very quickly. I destroyed my first RE92s in about 4500 mils because of this. If you want to keep your all-seasons in good shape, I'd recommend getting a second set of wheels/tires.

Ok, two more questions since I finally get to go this weekend
Firstly, do I have to register (I saw you do for rallyx)? and if so where?
Secondly, I sent in my registration only last monday (17th) and havent recieved it yet, will I probably get it in time? If not, will I still be able to compete, is there any way to get a temporary thing from the SCCA saying I registered?
Thank you

1. Ya, you must register and pay 30 bucks, but it is relatively easy and painless
2. you should call the office and have them email you a confirmation and then youl will be fine
