1. One of those *take your shoes off* japanese places where they yell at you when you walk inside... or something ultra casual, without the cheesy datish settings... kinda like Steel Head Brewery... its a nice relaxed setting
2. ladies first, but you can't make it obvious that you're actually going out of your way... it has to be a smooth and seemingly effortless action, otherwise you look like a jackass tool
3. Guy = always pays for dinner in a gracious manner, and should never complain afterwards about paying
