I have a female friend who is looking to get of her current relationship.

Here's teh kicker she is really into the guy she is with, however she knows its doomed. So I'll take a page out of how to be a man and apply it to her.

She thinks having a man in her life is like a job. You can't quit untill you have another job lined up.

So who is interested.

I would pick a nice sit down restaurant, some place quite where you can chat.
Since I really like Japanese food I would probabily pick something in that area.

No questions about it, I would open the door to let the lady go in first.

I would pick up the check without a question. If she would offered to pay, I would kindly say no, but she can treat the next time we go out.
