Why is it ppl go back on their word so often. What does it take to find 1 decent person!!! A decent person would communicate...a decent person would have some understanding...and wouldnt have a problem with being open.

yesterday while exiting the bart parking structure, this car stops in the left lane of the 2-lane roadway and just stays there. the drop off area is 15 feet ahead on the right side and there's a freaking EMPTY parking lot 20 feet ahead. nobody gets off or on the car so i honk. nothing. i honk again, the dumbasses in the car signal to go around me. WTF!?!!!?!?! you're in the LEFT lane! one guy steps out half way to do i dunno what.. intimidate me? well, **** you, you're a moron and so is everyone else in the car! *******s!
