i think my boss is hiring retarded ppl because they are cheaper.

 

my boss is an idiot.
He had given me a plastic sample to sent out to a customer back in December.
Today he comes back and ask me what was sent out.
I told him I don't know, I just send the stuff out via fedex of whatever you hand to me.

He blames me for not keeping track what samples was sent out.

WTF!!! He should be keeping track of what samples he sends out for customer's evaluation. Not me.
Note that during entire process I am not informed of what samples was uses and what the discussion was made between the customer and my boss.

 

^^ sorry, most bosses are idiots. just a fact of the work force...

 

AMD BLOOOOWS! so i called up tech support about the video card i bought the answer they gave me was "no its not the card's fault, the drivers are fine, its your computer you should try to replace your parts on it"

Anyways, my lead is a jerk. But I have to work with him.. no other option. He says I did a nice job on the analysis the other day, looks at it more and starts harping on the way I arranged some pictures in my report.

do you have a stupid boss that can't even edit a cell on a excel spreadsheet?
Well I do.
My boss has to send me long emails telling me that I need to edit out names on the excel spreadsheet so he can copy and paste the information to send to our customer.
How hard is it to edit some text in excel? cmon..~

 

my boss tells me wrong information that confuses me.. So I have to ask another senior engineer to un-confuse me. He also HATES using excel. Even up to the point where if he catches me using it, its all hell breaking loose. Your boss can hide rows and colums in excel if he wanted, but i guess he can't do that either..
