the most important part about creme brulee is the tempering of the eggs.. you don't want to scramble them with the boiling sugar and vanilla incorporated heavy cream.

Oh yeah, I read about that, if you pour too much too quick the eggs cook right? hard part is, trying to keep a steady flow with one hand, and whisking with the other..

no... I made the Creme brulee last night (well not the sugar crust yet), it looks like it came out good.. haven't tasted it, though i should.. I'll probably do a tester when i get home.

good.. I made the wrong fackin soup though.. i meant to make broccoli cheese, ended making cream of broccoli.. i was wondering why it tasted like baby food.. the mrs. was like, this is good, i kept saying "it's off but i can't figure it out" she was like "next time you should try broccoli cheese" i was like "CRAP!!! now I kno why it tastes off" ... pasta and creme brulee came out good tho..

Yeah this cooking thing isn't all that bad. I thought it over last night, I'm probably going to make this a regular thing. Well, at least learn to cook anyway..
