Putting the gayness aside, the main difference between Nor Cal and So Cal is this:
Drivers in Nor Cal are completely oblivious to almost hitting you while thinking they're the best driver ever.
Drivers in So Cal know exactly what they're doing when they almost hit you, they just don't give a crap.
Oh yeah, almost forgot... I have no idea what So Cal people do, but the clean water Nor Cal sends down gets fuxed up.

and ill be the first to admit the rain has a speed limit of 30MPH
i dont know what happens
but it only happens like 20 days a year so we are ok
