I think the so cal economy is bigger than nor cal.

You got me on the Bub Rubb thing. I will find links about the ecomony, but because of silicon valley it puts us well over SoCal.

No aerospace in norcal. One or two good ones but no variety (i'm thinking lockmart and aerojet up in sac). In addition to there being no composites think tanks there either. But, they have all the silicon valley you need.. Plus, everything closes at 6:00 on Sundays. wth is up with that?
So cal has no damn rapid transit. Sure they do, but I can technically walk in and out of the metro without paying a dime (granted I don't get caught by a police officer at the gate...) and they don't go to the places I want it to go with out a zillion transfers to and from monorails, buses, subways and trains. Plus, ppl have no idea how to drive in the rain here on the freeways save some of the iclubbers and maybe some of the civic drivers
, so I stay off them when the rains come.
Plus, that map needs to have only SF under that hot pink circle. It still envelopes sausalito which usually has excellent restaurants. I'm from the east bay (mentioned in my "location") as well and graduated from James Logan so I understand how not ghey my area is.
