Mammoth Lakes and Owens Valley are each one-day Course (or "trap") style TSD's being held out of Bishop at the foot of the eastern Sierras. In addition to staying on time, competitors are also challenged to stay on course by following the orders of precedence and Main Road Determinents along with route instructions that will come and go through the events.

Golden West 2005 is a 2-day Tour (no "traps") event based in Yreka and running under special use permit in the Klamath National Forest. Golden west will challenge participants to stay "on time" in accordance with assigned speeds through all kinds of varying road surfaces and conditions.
If you are interested but not sure about competing at the national championship level, we can always use more volunteer checkpoint workers. PM or e-mail me psoper @therallyeclub.org (take out the space) with any questions you might have.
