who else make a rally suspension for impreza other than dms.( they are kinda expensive)
If I where to take a ground control coil-overs with kyb shocks would this be a good alternative to dms.

Have you looked into Tein systems yet? They make some really good stuff. Check 'em out http://www.tein.com/

Tein Type HG is tein's gravel/dirt spec setup. other than that, you're getting into big $$$ territory, though you can definitely use STi takeoffs for rallying.

it also depends on what class you are entering. the adjustability of coil-overs is matchless. and dms are bombproof. but if you are just running PGT, probably not needed. (can't remember the rules of scca production, pgt, grp 2 & 5. but i think suspension changes are allowed in all.)
for pgt, or just simply dirt road driving, i would think kybs or sti struts with a minimal lowering spring would fine.
