Burns "responding well to treatment"

http://www.worldrallynews.com/cgi-bi...3624578,55060,

It is too early to say that Richard Burns has beaten the cancer that has suspended his rallying career, but the 32-year-old Briton has completed a course of radiotherapy and is said to be making good progress.

Burns blacked out at the wheel of his road car on his way to the Wales Rally GB last November and was diagnosed as suffering from an astrocytoma, a type of brain tumour. He is continuing to have chemotherapy at a hospital in London, after several weeks of radiotherapy.

“I would say he’s doing well at the moment. He seems to be responding well to treatment, but we’re in a wait and see situation. The main thing is he’s in good spirits,” his co-driver Robert Reid said.
Best wished to Richard. Get well soon!

Great to hear some progress on Richard's condition. I really hope he beats it and recovers quickly.
