the best settings I've found are found in the little dialog when yo first open the program, it asks if you would like a tutorial, and it directs you to a webpage. It shows you some settings that work pretty nicely. I haven't really played too much with the settings away from that, maybe Joey boy can chime in with what settings he uses...

chubs...looks like you can use just a little more tweakin, but you're off to a good start!
