Does anyone know if you can run stock WRX tires with a '93 subaru legacy wagon?

Yes, you can... as long as the wheels you are putting them on are 16". If you mean stock wrx wheels & tires, the answer is still yes. Not sure what size your 93 legacy has stock... you may want to check the overall diameter for any speedo considerations:
