SCCA/Rally "Desperately Seeking Volunteers" for Wild West

Performance rally fans...HAM radio operators... anyone! We
are greatly in need of volunteers to man high speed stage
controls and stage communications for the event listed below.
It's fun and easy (NO experience required), 2-4 person teams
welcome to man a single position. Can volunteer for Saturday or
Sunday or both days. Please offer to volunteer! And pass this info
along to others.

EVENT: 2004 Wild West International Rally
DATE: Sept 11 (Saturday)
Sept 12 (Sunday)

This is a Northwest Region SCCA event. With the Oregon Region
lending a hand by manning a stage crew for two stages on
Saturday, Sept 11 and two stages on Sunday, Sept 12.

** To Volunteer for this event **
Saturday, Sept 11 and/or Sunday, Sept 12
POSITIONS: stage controllers, road marshals,
spectator marshals, communications (licensed Ham radio
operators with mobile radio gear)
ORG SCCA/Rally Div requires all volunteers or potential
volunteers to register before they can be assigned to an
event (for volunteer contact and in case of emergency). If not
registered, go to step 1. If already registered and no
changes, go to step 2, else, go to step 1 and enter a new registration.
IMPORTANT - volunteer registration does not currently provide for
requesting to be assigned as a volunteer for a specific event, Thus,
step 3 must be followed if you want to be assigned to an event.

We welcome anyone that wants to give us a hand.
No experience needed. Note however that minors
(under the age of 18) and families with minors
will be asked to comply with special SCCA
waivering and volunteer assignment restrictions.
Up to 4 volunteers can form a volunteer unit to
be assigned together at a volunteer position. A
volunteer unit must designate one person as
leader of their unit and all members of the unit
must register as a volunteer.

Know additional persons interested in volunteering?
Have them register as a volunteer at
