i have a problem

when i start my car and let it idle it seem's to be shaking alot. well it's noticeable.... should i be worried? let me know please..

Sounds like a miss. check that all the spark plugs are getting spark and that they are not fowled. Check that all for injectors are clicking when the car is running.
