And since Aiden and Kim headed out to Spokane, I decided to grill some Pizza's for myself (all from scratch):

Moraccan Chicken breasts (seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, saffron, and cumin) in Onions, Garlic, and Prunes. Simmered in white wine and chicken stock, served over CousCous.
