I not sure if this question has been posted b4. I'm just registered today. Is there something you can do to eliminate the check engine light in my 04 STi. Is there a module that I can purchase to get rid of that annoying light and blinking cruise controll light?

Please advise...much appreciated.

 

For STi information your best bet is to sign up over at www.wrxsti.com where it's all sti all the time.


If you've got a CEL because you've gone catless then yes, you can splice in a CEL eliminator. If it's on because your gas cap is loose, then no, nothing you can do but put the gas cap on again.

 

Thanks for the tips in search engines. The CE is on because I recently put a down pipe on it, leaving it with no cats.
