Hi fellow Washinton State Foodies and Subie Owners!
I'm from the BAIC and am heading to Edmonds, WA for a week for the 4th of July. My wife and I were looking for a nice 4-star restaurant from Seattle to Lynwood. If anyone has any recommendations they'd like to share I'd appreciate it. The type of cuisine doesn't matter and I realize that sometimes great food cost money.

BTW... looking for a high end Chinese restaurant in Vancouver. Anyone try Wild Rice?

The W hotel
I had dinner at the W hotel (it's on 6th st). The restuarant was extremely fancy (don't know if it was rated or not). I didn't really care for what I had gotten, but someone with a more 'refined' palette might enjoy it. I got something like wild boar ravioletta with a mushroom bergundy sauce. I recall that dinner for myself was about $40 (including desert).
If you make it east to Factoria, there is a place called 'the keg' that is an awsome steak house. I would highly reccomend (though I'm sure you can get something comparable in Seattle)

Thanks for the info Mat... It's just that we got a baby sitter while we're visiting your fine state and wanted to take advantage of what Seattle has to offer. Anyone know about Nell's or Volterra? Thanks
