to be honest with you, it shouldn't be...i mean, they do say "must display a front plate if issued two", but they never mention how you're supposed to mount the plate. i mean, if you think about the people that put it up on their dash and don't get tickets because they have it up, even though you have a hard time seeing it at all....so, in short, it should be, but i'm not 1000000% sure

actually, having the license plate on the dash isn't legal either. if i recall correctly, according to california state law, the front license plate must be mounted on the bumper, and be no less than 12 inches from the ground at its bottom edge. this by the way, is seperate from the requirement for the center of the headlamp to be within 22 inches from the ground (i think, it might be a different number, but it's 20-something inches).

my car lowered with a fron mount intercooler full tinted windown tints. 25 psi 3 inch borlaexuast....

what do you think?

but really i just wanted to see what my car would look like if i dropped it and threw some rims on it. i think it looks kinda cool

this is my car in reality

wrx rims, wrx underdash door panels and carpet borla catback exhaust and aem short ram intake
