You have to hard wire the correct wires to your 'new' taillights (both parties). I have an '05 and swapped for the '06's. It is not that tough, but as he said. It is NOT 'plug and play. Will take solderless connectors and some time a 12vlt test light (or mark your wires BEFORE you cut them to what they go to).

crap! wouldnt it be esier to just take the light bulbs out of the old lights and stick them into the new lights in the appropriate location? (in other words, keep the originial wire harness)
