Took a trip w/ the fiance to go swimming, had to do a little photo shoot too.

Drove her down to the water

The view from the top of the road that leads to da swimmin' hole

The road home (my favorite part)

Thanks guys, it was a lot of fun keepin' up with the quads and dirt bikes. I got a lot of confused looks (how the hell is this 4 door econo box making it up these steep *** inclines). Too bad I didn't grab any pics, I'll have to do it again and get the girl to grab some.
Jacob- Ha you live in washington w/ a MBP '02, I used to live in washington too... Lynnwood and Tukwila. But that was before I had my WRX.
Too bad I won't be back in the PNW (I'm still moving my crap up from california) before the 11th, it'd be awesome to hit up that meet.

I can' remember the name of that road, but heres a google earth pic and the coordinates
39° 13' 43.09"N 121° 13' 10.82"W
the second pic shows Milsap Bar road which if you wanna hammer your car in the dirt, thats the place to doit
to get there take hwy 162 north out of Oroville take a right on Bald Rock Rd take a right on Milsap Bar Rd itll be dirt for a while, then you get to a sweet swimming hole.
If you want more dirt keep going over the bridge and then take the left fork in the road (the right fork is a campground) and keep driving. This dirt road is pretty hardcore, I take it at about 30-40mph most of the way but there are a LOT of big rocks, if you have seen pics of my car, you know I have no problem beating the crap outta it, thats what it was made for IMHO.
Left pic shows the road that is pictured above (route is highlighted in yellow, a big loop)
Right pic shows the badass dirt road (route is green)
