Smurf's Obsessive Bugeye Build of Doom

Welcome to my Bugeye build. Sold by an enthusiast to a friend who let it fall into severe disrepair. The car was stripped of.. everything. I received it full of evil gremlins and electrical tape, missing body parts and bad paint. It was a fixer upper, and I bought it for cheap.

But I'm a purist with dreams of grandeur - so in the last year and a half I have redone EVERYTHING.

That is one of the best looking Bug-Eyes I've seen. Not too over-done, too flashy, or too stickered out. Very simple and looks like it packs a punch. Great looking car you have sir!

Okay, a few more pics.. better ones coming in the future as I've installed some new parts not shown below:

Finally saved up and obtained the JDM grill and hood scoop. Spent the winter doing some PnP in the engine bay and replaced gauges. Slowly... getting... to where I want it to be.

There's a rumor going around NASIOC that they may be discontinued soon. No idea if that's true or not but if so... hurry up!

Forgot to include this... right before I added the JDM grill

So...... I haven't been on these forums in a long time, but I just found out that there's a Droid app... so I will probably be spending way more time here lol... lots of changes since I was here last... a tuck and shave job with new sheet metal I did in my garage over the winter, a DIY bixenon HID retrofit, and picked up an authentic V1 lip and some rear spats to replace the EGR rear lip

That is the original OEM V1 STi lip for the Bugeye. The only change recently... I thought the non-painted bowls weren't aggressive enough, so I opened back up the headlights and fixed that

Finally getting to the stage where the things I don't like I can count on one hand... now if only I had more funds lol...
