That is by far one of the sickest personal home garages i have ever seen. you have your own personal lift in it. I love it.

Just finished the floor in the lift bay. It's interlocking 2'x2' rubber tile that's usually used in labs (the floor is ESD too). It soaks up a lot of the echo and looks pretty damn good. I was afraid it would absorb too much light, but so far it looks good.

It depends on which parts. The actual building of the garage would be a 10, but I had a contractor do it. I did the wiring myself, along with the demo, furnishings, compressed air, and now the floor. The floor was a 4 only because of the cutting required to get around the lift posts.
