Hey, how exactly do you do that to your stock wheels? What kind of paint to you buy and where from? How do you paint it?

Looks good, but personally I've never been a big fan of the silver/white lip around the rim. But still looks nice.

idk if this is what he did or not but. you can buy rim paint at auto zone and you just tape off the tires and spray the rim like you would anything else.

Looks like spray paint. Powdercoating has more of a matte finish. Unless you absolutely must be different, I'd pass on this and leave them silver.

my wheels were painted professionally but for free of course. my friend works at a body shop and he painted them for my birthday present on the side, i got to help so it was cool since i had a hand in it. I would never pay to have that done. the color is from a hyundai, i was going for the gunmetal color. its just easier for him to get paint that is already coded out for another car.

That's probably the best senario for painting the stock rims I've seen. I really like the silver rim. Should be that way from the factory.

very nice, i also have a black wrx, ive painted the lights and they look amazing, wheels are gonna be black too. im painting the wheels when i get either the nur spec or the TXS RFL-ti and eibach pro kit.
