In CA, if there is no place to mount your front plates, then you don't need one.

dont you people listen to rob arnie and dawn? rob (or was it arnie) has a corvette and refuses to put on a front license plate because it looks retarded on a vette. he gets pulled over frequently and pays the $20 fine.
