Vegas - - Gonna interview up there sometime soon and possibly move in about a month and a half. Not totally sure yet as they haven't made an offer. But, they ARE paying for me to come up there and HAVe talked to me about reloaction expenses (normally non profits don't do this for anyone that isn't at the CEO level).

Greddy - - Less restrictive than my old setup and the DP and CB will match up well which means that I won't have that damn exhaust leak.
