Pics don't do the car justice IMHO... it's much better in person. I saw the '04 in black, same as this car, locally at a dealer last week, and man was it schweeeeet. Almost spot-bought it, but then reality checked in.

Savin' the pennies for an '05 STi.

The car looks a bit squashed. It looks like it is a bit wider. I am not use to the front end either. Kind of wierd looking. Basically like the bug eyes when the first came out.

Just need to save up, no secrets that I know about...

Plus, it'll be 1 year into the production line, and you never know what kind of gremlins may pop up in the first production run... if some do, maybe they'll get worked out by the time I go to buy mine.

Oh, and one more possibility - by '05 there will probably be a few crashed STi's, so there's the possibility of doing a drivetrain transplant into my RS, which would be much cheaper than buying a brand new one.
