Hey are those the special competition-spec AP Racing front brakes from that shop in the UK? I am probably going to get a set for my STI. What do you think of them? Great choice in brakes though, j-hook rotors are arguably the best non-carbon ceramic performance rotors available for any car.

yeah they are from essex, they are an upgrade in terms of cheaper in cost of pads (1/2 normal price), unsprung weight, and better with heat.

The performance isn't anything super amazing or better than well coupled pads and floating rotors for the oem brembos but it does a great job and fits under 17s.
