Got bored on Friday evening and decided to work on my light bar. Didn't get very far with that and I decided to divert my attention to my subie badge. I'm very proud of it. Came out quite nice and I saved myself $30 + shipping and I think it looks better with silver stars.





excuse the pictures...I was late for work and my camera was dying. lol The double sided tape will ahdere to maximum potential in the next 48 hours so once it's on the car I'll take more pictures.

Here's the light bar I was going to put on but have no idea how to...any ideas?





I don't have a problem with the wiring..I understand that pretty well. Just not too confident on where to start drilling holes...I took off the lights so I could see what I was doing a bit better, here is the light bar when it's on with the four hella bulbs; (picture is actual bar on previous owner's car)

 

did you use nail polish to paint your badge? if so, i did the same thing and like you said i saved myself a few bucks doing it myself.

Yup, plain pink nail polish. I did put several coats on there to make sure it was a nice solid pink. Here's a pic with the grill back on;

 

nice...I might have to get some nail polish and do this to my stock badge...thumbs up!

Finernails and badge are the same color! lol

Anyway, an update on the light bar I'm having it extended 3.5" so I can mount it to the bottom part of the bumper. It looks ridiculous on top and I thought it might look better if mounted on the bottom.

I don't think it should block the radiator too much.....hopefully anyway.
