Intake/Exhaust:
Magnaflow muffler
Ebay UEL Headers
(soon to come) 2.25 custom exhaust pipe removing resonators and installing high flow cat

Exterior:
Replaced stock headlights for ultra bright Silverstars (not as "yellow" but not much of a difference brightness wise)
Thule Cargo Box Ascent 1100 (attaches to stock rack, bars moved all the way forward to allow the hatch to open 90% of the way)
Window Tint (5% limo in the back, 20% stripe on the windshield and 50% on the front)
17x8 Rota Boosts 48mm offset and 245/45-17 Dunlop Direzza's (stock tire is 205/70-15) with no modifications and no rub at full lock.

Interior:
Black carpet dash cover
Two 12" Alpine Type R subs with 1000 Watt Kicker amp
Pioneer AVIC 9115 BT (Dealer special edition) with Navi, Bluetooth, DVD playback and iPod control with 7 inch touchscreen
Code Alarm with Keyless entry and Remote Start (with bypass for manual transmission)

Nice outback. How much hp is she pushing out?

 

Im not totally sure, but I think stock my engine pushed 150 +/- a few. Given the fact its 13 years old, with 145,xxx miles now Id guess a little less than that.

Its funny how quickly I get pulled away from when my buddy floors his 2011 STi.

 

nice wagon, get a RFRB grill, some BG5 side markers, JDM Legacy Rear Garnish, k-sport 36 way fully adjustable coilovers, Whiteline 22mm r&F sway bars, BG5 f&r strut bars and make that thing a hard parker.
