Yeah, I am posting on akcel's account because I am too lazy to make my own. No, I am not talking about the stupid game. GT-Four = Toyota's WRC car, or known in the states as a Celica All-Trac. Basically one of the first AWD turbo cars that kicked ***! How can you NOT know what my car is? What a n00b. Bye everyone.

gt4's are sweet... too bad they cant get a transmission right... they got alot closer than the evo ever came..
your alot better off finding a gt transmission and just making it fwd, least then youd have some lower end.

First of all, what the hell are you talking about? You obviously have NO clue about my car. There is NOTHING wrong with the transmission, I would say we have good low end but since the car weighs over 3300 lbs stock, there goes the low end.
And why the hell would someone make an AWD car FWD? If I wanted a FWD celica that was turbo, I would get a 90-93 GTS and swap a 3sgte in there and use the MR2T transmission with LSD. FWD, 2600 lbs, fast, no traction, cant handle like AWD.
As Subaru would put it... the beauty of AWD... not FWD!

I have two friends that both owned gt4's both had the same issue after 75,000 miles and mild engine upgrade you start hand-granading transmissions all day long.
Just accept the fact that you own a grocery getter; turn it into a fwd and have a car that you can have fun with and wont have to pay shipping to get your hands on transmissions.
just keep in mind you own this
not this
and try not to be such a defencive tool.... its just poor form.

I don't own the rally car that akcel pictured, but I was the first to have the RC conversion in San Diego, and here's a pic of my "grocery getter."

so what you are saying here is you have no issues telling people that there cars suck just because they are a certent brand but you get all pissy when some one suggests the spicific car you have my be undesirable because of a spicific problem?
As far as my friends go they dont belong to any forus just for this reason, they view them as all pissing contests with very little redeaming substance.
Pog0, your car does look sweet, i love that color on the genneration my firend mike has one like that (flip up headlight style) my friend matt has the next verriation on that body style (four round headlights). I am very glad that you have not expearenced the transmission probalems I am discribing.
